One time you have access the Repair options I suggested you run Startup Repair, System Restore, a Reset and if that fails boot your Media to do a Clean Reinstall Windows 10 Upgrade.
I also showed you lot how to rescue your files if you don't have them backed upward externally.
From what I can tell past your reply yous have not gone through all of the steps and tried every method to get into the Repair options, then tried every Repair I specified. Perhaps you were dislocated by the intermission in the thread past someone hijacking it. I will take care of that now and am sad for the interruption.
